RIDE WITH US
The Equus Igni ranch is situated in Jelov Klanac in the pristine environment surrounding the Plitvice Lakes. At the ranch, reliable and quiet horses, guides with many years of experience and a great atmosphere will always welcome you.
In 2006, we began offering organised trail riding in the Plitvice Valleys and around Plitvice Lakes National Park. With the support of the Croatian National Tourist Board and regional and local tourist boards, for years we have actively participated in designing sustainable tourism in this protected natural area in the Lika region. On horseback, riders can experience the unforgettable feeling of synergy between man, horse and nature in the way that least disrupts the environmental balance. Discover landscapes that can only be reached on foot or horseback.
The riding programmes are designed for everyone – both experienced riders and all nature and horse lovers. For beginners and those without any experience with horses, we offer short riding instructions, followed by the experience of walking on horseback through the woods.
For riders, we offer riding tours of up to several hours, one-day or several day tours, depending on the rider experience and physical fitness.
